Not receiving Facebook SMS messages

I am trying to recover my Facebook account. The instruction given is to go to Facebook and get a code from the code generator which I have done but I have not received the code. Can you help

Are you receiving all other texts as usual?

Have you checked Facebook have your correct phone number?

I've got a vague recollection that FB texts aren't supported on EE-UK, but that may have been notification texts rather than OTP/login ones.

Checking whether you can receive other texts and OTP's is the best test here.
