    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1666369"&gt;@Boilerman2018&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, the person who is calling you, have they made sure that the volume is up and not down?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the caller cannot hear you, it sounds like it is down to them, not you, especially as you have bought a new phone and tested it with the SIM card and still getting the same result.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it just with one caller or is this happening with other callers as well?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; has pointed out, has nothing to do with whether you have a pack or not, otherwise others would have the same problem, as many do not buy packs either. EE do not control volume of a voice call, that would seem ridiculous and a waist of their time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CALLER UNABLE TO HEAR ME on PAYG NO CONTRACT OR BOOSTS OR PACKS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIMPLY TOP UP WHEN NEEDED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ARE EE TRYING TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR NON PACK PAYG CUSTOMERS?????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I RECEIVE CALLS BUT THE CALLER CANT HEAR ME.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They retry to call and sometimes they can hear me but often not ( ie after 5 calls).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone has worked for ages.&amp;nbsp;bought a new phone, inserted old SIM, still same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cantacted EE they sent new SIM and kept old Number for obvious reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
