    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done that and it still says there’s no service. And when I return the physical sim to the old iPhone there’s still no service again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have an eSIM in your old device? if it's using a single, physical SIM, just transfer it to your new device&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3340073"&gt;@OscarKay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Did you start the eSim setup on your new device? &amp;nbsp; If you did your sim is now deactivated. &amp;nbsp;You should have put your sim in the new device then started the eSim setup. &amp;nbsp;You now need to request a replacement SIM card. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
