Lost phone connection

I am abroad my phone worked for two days but now has stopped I have coverage I get a message saying the owner of the account has barred calls. I have roaming and there isn’t a cap on the account. There is another phone connected to the account and this is working fine. Any ideas?

Try manually connecting to an alternative local network.
