    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think so. I think when I initially arrived in Germany, I had LTE, but now I have only 2G, making eg. Google Maps and VoIP unusable. The "Welcome to Germany" text said I can use my allowances, but this way, it's just not true. I am pretty confident that the quality of service being provided is subject to negotiation, and EE should be able to negotiate 4G for everyone who has a capable device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
