    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your phone display coverage indicators of a local network in your current country? That is a good test of whether your roaming facility is active.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If roaming is not enabled, your phone will not connect to any network outside the UK. Only contacting EE C/S from another phone or via Skype will resolve that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am having a similar issue. I am unable to make or receive calls and messages. Even unable to contact customer service. It comes up with "cannot connect" .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
