Hello @cmh28 ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you done a manual search? T-Mobile should be available, try that.

Also, did you make sure that call abroad and premium calls were enabled?

You should be able to do a manual search.

If you have Skype, there is a free number to ring customer service:

It has been three and half years since I went to Germany, and believe that I connected to T-Mobile, so not sure why you are unable to do so.

Prior to departing the UK I made sure that roaming was enabled both on my account and phone.

When I first arrived at Berlin my phone picked up Telekom.de and I received the usual text message from EE advising me that I was now roaming at £2 per day which is expected on my contract.

After bout 30 to 40 mins while still at the airport my mobile signal disconnected and since then I have not been able to connect to any mobile network either manually or automatically even after restarting my phone.

I have seen various posts on here regarding problems with roaming in Germany and wondered if anyone has any advice to get connected.
