    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have paid for the roaming abroad pass over a week now. I am in US and I cannot make any calls or receive any messages. It is says that mobile network not available although I am connected to a US network through roaming. Please fix this. I need to use my phone ASAP.&amp;nbsp; I cannot make any calls so the option to call technical support is not possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Adding a billing add-on doesn't enable the roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to local networks in foreign countries - from the sounds of it, this hasn't been done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can login to your myEE online account or app &amp;amp; navigate to "parental &amp;amp; data controls", ensure that "international roaming" &amp;amp; "call abroad &amp;amp; premium rate" are both active. If, for whatever reason, you're not able to do so, you will need to contact EE C/S to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call +44 7953 966250 from any working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype&lt;/P&gt;</description>
