Good morning

I paid to have roaming in the States

im just checking if it’s been activated and will work

The last time I flew,it didnt activate until I phoned

Where abouts in the states are you heading to?

Have you paid to use the Roam Abroad Pass?

I would recommend texting ROAMING to 150 to ensure roaming is activated on your account before you leave the UK.

Once the roaming facility is activated on your phone, there's no reason for it to be deactivated unless you specifically request it. But texting ROAMING to 150 as mentioned, is a good check.

Incidentally, the facility itself is free - what you're paying for is a billing add-on, which is separate to the ability to use your phone in foreign countries.
