    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am currently in the US and although I can use data, I can’t seem to make calls (not even to voicemail). My roaming is switched on in the settings section of my phone and it’s automatically connected to AT&amp;amp;T, but nothing is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Roaming isn't a phone setting, but a network-level permission. The same goes for making calls whilst connected to foreign networks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG? PAYG is auto-enabled for roaming and could make this a local network issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on pay-monthly, then you can login to your myEE online account, navigate to "parental &amp;amp; data controls", and ensure that "international roaming" &amp;amp; "call abroad &amp;amp; premium rate" are both enabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
