      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had my roaming turned-off, off before departing the UK, however, one of the handsets on my account has been lost and I need to contact customer services to confirm that my handset has been lost and to seek their assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
