0330 calls

I cannot connect to 0330 number, I make the call as normal and it rings, when the call is picked up it just goes silent but its still connected . I need to be able to contact this number as its my absence line am having to borrow a phone just to call this number

Are you withholding your Caller ID? If so, don't.

Are you only having this issue with one particular number or all 0330 numbers?

Hi,

Im still having this issue, ive called another 0330 number and the same thing is happening

However ive just got through to Hermes and thats a 0330 number, also in checking my phone that ive had for just a year ive not been able to call the works absence line at all on this phone but i could with my old phone (same sim)

It's unusual that you can call one 0330 number and not another, @Jallsopp11098

Are you able to try putting your SIM in another phone and try to call the number you were having problems with originally?
