Can u please turn me back on till the 9th as that is when I get paid as I need to keep in touch with my daughter as she as had a mini stroke I cont ring her till u turn me back on

There is no customer account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

Have you been able to get in touch with Customer Care? If you haven't, are you able to receive calls?
