Disconnect from WiFi to see this page

I am currently out of the UK (in Albania) and I am trying to add a data package onto my account to allow me to use cellular data abroad.

when I arrived I received a text saying I could add a plan to my account, but when I click the link it asks me to disable WiFi, but I can’t access the page without WiFi as I currently haven’t got a package?
Any advice?

Hi @Joeahh

As long as you have roaming activated, you should be able to get to the add-on page without having a package. Have you tried to access it?

I have roaming enabled, everything ticked,

when I’m not on WiFi I have full bar of signal but no 3G 4G 5G icon or anything next to it?

if I’m on WiFi I get the “disconnect WiFi..” comment, if I’m not on WiFi safari just says cannot load page
