@Towcesterspurs Are you on contract or PAYG ? Are these MMSs or via iMessage? If it’s an MMSs have you enabled MMSs on the device? If you’re a PAYG customer you need credit on your account to pay for each MMS you send as MMSs are chargeable.

@Towcesterspurs : For most phones, you can download the MMS settings needed from the online set up tool
