Hi @davehouto

Thanks for coming here.

Have you tried texting VM ON to 150 from the number?

Also, does the same happen if you switch the number to primary in the cellular/mobile data settings?

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help. I have a dual sim IPhone. My personal sim with my main number and a virtual sim I have for my work. Although I have everything set up to use my personal sim/number my voicemail seems to be set up against my work number. I've tested this by calling my personal number, the phone rings for ages then I get the message that the person is not available, then the call cuts off. Whenever I make or receive a call from my personal number, I instantly get a notification that I have a voicemail but I don't. This is every time

When I call my work number, the call rings, then goes to my voicemail. I then receive a text to let me know I have a voicemail and when testing, I have left a message and I can pick it up.

How do I resolve this, I've contacted Apple and EE and both don't seem to be able to sort it out.
