Hi i am in tenerife I have bought for £10 a month roaming app. Got here its not working I cannot ring any one or message.

I am currently using hotel WiFi. Any idea ?

Thanks for coming here.

If you have a pay monthly account and currently abroad, could you check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Call abroad, do they show as ticked?
