    <description>Thank you for replying. Yes my husband has EE app on his phone but when he&lt;BR /&gt;requested roaming on it , it said " forbidden to access that web page "&lt;BR /&gt;No error messages on laptop but I found out that it blocks you if you&lt;BR /&gt;iether haven't been on it for 6 months, so you have to re-register, or if&lt;BR /&gt;you've tried to get on it with wrong password too many times.&lt;BR /&gt;Problem now resolved as for some reason it now let him do it on his phone,&lt;BR /&gt;but was stressful and time wasting</description>

      <title>Can't activate Roaming from Costa RicaI</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get text ROAM on 150 to work because I've put in. Costa Rica SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't open my account on line ( It keeps saying you are now logged out ) even when I put in my correct email and password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't call your helpline from abroad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to activate Roaming for my husband TODAY. Tried logging him in to my EE on my laptop ( with his correct email and password) but it keeps saying is logged out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know this isn't an urgent forum but I don't know what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you're on pay-monthly and have forgotten to enable roaming before leaving the UK, then you have 2 options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If, for whatever reason, you're not able to activate "international roaming" &amp;amp; "call abroad &amp;amp; premium rate" via your myEE account or app, you will need to contact EE C/S to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either use another phone to call +44 7953 966250, or use a web-calling app such as Skype to call +44 800 0798586&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using another browser to access the online options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you. Yes we are on Pay monthly.&lt;BR /&gt;Would Zoom work as I don't have Skype?&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried phoning helpline on Whatapp but that didn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried re-registering both myself and my husband as it says&lt;BR /&gt;if been off line for &amp;gt;6 months then need to re-register. Both those didn't&lt;BR /&gt;work.&lt;BR /&gt;However did manage to get logged in myEE for my husband briefly but it&lt;BR /&gt;then logged itself out. Couldn't see when I was in it how to activate&lt;BR /&gt;roaming.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately as I already said, I don't have my EE SIM in my phone as have&lt;BR /&gt;a costa rican SIM and don't have the little pin like device to pop the SIM&lt;BR /&gt;holder out of the phone.</description>
