Just topped up phone, checked on data phone and texts but screen blank. Turned phone off then rebooted it but still not showing anything.

Do you mean your allowances are showing as zero in My EE?

The incorrect allowance balance in My EE has been reported to our support team.

To access your allowance information in the meantime, please text BALANCE to 150.
