Is it the Roam Abroad Pass? if yes, this is a 30-day rolling add-on and can be removed by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 from the handset itself or by following these steps within your My EE account:

Log in to My EE or use the My EE app > Menu > Plans, Inclusive Extras & add-ons > select Inclusive Extras and follow the steps to remove the pass.

To have the roaming facility enabled on a phone is free of charge, and once setup is best left inplace - if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Any reference to charges implies you have a billing add-on, the reply above has advised how you can remove these.
