hello i am a land owner located between Ellon and Aberdeen in a area with very poor signal no 5g and would be open to having a moblie mast installed on one of the hills

Is there existing 2G or 4G coverage in the area?

The process for installing new network sites also requires many legal & planning consents to be inplace, but an interested landlord is a good start. You may be interested in the "Scottish 4G Infill" & "Shared Rural Network" initiatives which are targeting coverage notspots.
