Is it possible to put on voicemail directly without any ringing beforehand?

In your phone's call settings, you should see an option to forward all calls to your voicemail.

What type of phone are you using?

I really appreciate your comment.

I am using an iPhone 13 mini.

So far I have only found call forwarding which i think only allows me to forward to another number.

You'll just need to enter the EE voicemail number (+447953222222) in your call forwarding settings.
