Do you have a WiFi-router at home?

WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues if you do.

You think that is bad? We have had no service in our village since 14th September and getting any update or money off EE is like getting blood out of a stone. Unless you contact them they will not refund you and if they do it is only 50% because "if you go out of the village you can use your services". I live and work in the village and clients are unable to contact me. Surely EE should do the honourable thing and refund clients automatically - they are obviously aware that the problem is there. I thought they were "the UK's best provider"? Their words, not mine.
