Hi all. Me and my wife are both having issues recently. When we try dialing numbers from our contacts or similar (I e. A number that definitely exists), we get number not exist message!?!? We're on 2G, if that makes any difference.

So obviously not every time, cos eventually after few tries we do get through, but it's so weird that often EE claim the number does not exist when it just certainly does!

Actually don't know, as we can't know who we are calling! But sure it
happened for landlines also.

Don't think so, the message is "you've dialed an incorrect number, please
check and try again"

Yes, just checked and it's fine. This sort of problem sounds to me more
like an exchange problem, if there is such a thing still, not reception etc

Are you on landlines? Exchanges only come into those, not mobile phones.
