Can't recieve calls from abroad

Hi,

My parents have gone on holiday to gran canaria and when they are trying to call me in the UK it just cuts off, they can get through on my partner and sons phone (we're all on the same network and account) but can't get through on my number. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If the call just cuts out on your parents phone, I'm minded to this being a problem their end.

A problem with your phone rejecting the call would result in their call going to your voicemail, not black-holing as you describe.

Does it make any difference if they call you with their number withheld or not?

Hi,

Yes they can text me and I receive them and I can receive calls from other numbers. Apparently when they ring my number it just cuts off and doesn't go to my voicemail.

It's so strange because they can ring everyone else with no problems just my number and it doesn't go to my voicemail. I haven't asked them to try and ring from withheld I'm not sure if they would understand how to do it.

Have they tried restarting the phones?

Are they able to try calling you by typing in the number instead of using the saved contact number they have for you?
