Unable to receive calls

For a week or so I’ve been unable to receive calls, only FaceTime audio calls will come through

I have checked all settings, I have signal, I don’t have do not disturb on, I’m not diverting calls. No clue what’s wrong with it. Anyone else having problems

Does this happen regardless of who the call is from? How about withheld numbers that call you? Are those incoming calls going direct to voicemail, or is something else happening?

Facetime calls are not handled by your phone or EE's network as calls, so all this is proving is that your phone has a working internet connection.

Can you make outgoing calls OK?

Yeah, no one at all can call me, it sends them straight to voicemail. If I’m on my phone at the time someone calls it very briefly comes up that they’re calling but not enough time for me to answer.

I can make outgoing calls with no problem

What kind of phone are you using, @Liam269?

Are there any maintenance works in your area? You can check the status on our coverage checker.
