I am planning to go to Uganda, i would like to know how much i will be charged for roaming, for example how much it costs to call back to uk per minute, and how will i use internet? will i need to top up before i fly out? Thank you.

@Bambiha Have a look at THIS.

because you say top up I assume your on PAYG you’ll need credit to n your account to pay for calls text and you’ll need to purchase a data add on that you can do once you arrive there as you’ll receive a text from EE about this.

If you top-up you're on PAYG & you pay every 30-days, not monthly.

If you don't top-up, then you can't top-up. If you're on contract you've no need to top-up cuz any charges will be added to your monthly bill.
