Really frustrated only moved to you last week and woke up today and no EE signal on my phone, no wi-fi calling or data. tried turning off, cleaning sim etc. I know there is network coverage as my wifes mobile is working on EE. I tried calling 150 on her phone but cannot get to speak to anyone and the system ran a diagnostics check on her phone😡😡

Try swapping the SIM between your phone and your wife's phone - see if the problem follows the SIM or remains with your phone.

Many thanks bristolian, your advice help me establish it was the sim card. Turns out EE have cancelled it in error and a new one was posted last Saturday. Unfortunately it has not arrived yet.It was suggested I visit an EE shop which if 5 mins away work have worked.
