I need to find a record of calls I recieved and made during a specific time. I know in the past you could recieve a statement showing this sort if activity.

You have a few options here, depending on whether you're on pay-monthly or PAYG, and how long ago this was...

1: If you are on pay-monthly and have chargeable itemised billing, your bills will show outbound calls.

2: Look in your phone's call log for incoming & outgoing calls

3: Raise a Subject Access Request for your outgoing calls, but this won't show inbound calls.

@TashB28 if you had itemised billing at this time you’ll be able to see which number you have called and text and this cannot be backdated. This is outgoing only.

You could request your SAR (subject access request) EE have up to 30 days to provide this you will not be charged for it but you could be charged for the admin work involved in creating this. You will receive all the information that EE holds on you including any outgoing numbers for calls and texts. It doesn’t include incoming calls or texts numbers.

Anything incoming isn’t held against your number/account/you as it’s not your information.
