Travel to USA

Hi

I have two Contract users on my account traveling to USA ( Newyork) at the end of November 2022 for a week,

the contract monthly start date is the 5th of the month,

SIM 10GB £10 24m 5G T started May 2020

they travel out on 28th Nov and arrive 17.00
and travel back 5th Dec 18.30 arriving UK 6.30am 6th Dec
Im looking for the most effective way for them both to roam while they are away

@gavmidd They both need to have the roam further add on pass applied. You can read more about that HERE then both devices can use their allowances while there.

You also need to make sure roaming is enabled for both devices on the account so they’ll have a working signal while there. You can enable this via the account settings for each device within the account or from both devices text ROAMING to 150. Having roaming enabled is free.
