In Europe currently, text with code from company I’m trying to pay, is not coming through with code to authorise payment.

Does your phone show signal indicators of a local network?

Are you able to make & receive calls OK?

Can you send & receive text messages from other mobile users?

Hi,

No problem with reception/signals, all apps, text messages and phone working. Just not getting message through from EU business with code.

If you're receiving all other texts as normal, please contact the company that is sending the text for support.
