Hello, I’m currently on holiday in Morocco and am unable to access my apps even though I am connected to wifi, Is there a reason why?

They might be banned in the country you are visiting or blocked on the WiFi.

WiFi is just a connection between your phone and a broadband router, and is completely distinct/separate from any mobile network connection.

If you're unable to perform any internet function when using WiFi, the issue will likely lie with the owner of the network to which you're connected.

A good test would be to try to do the same activity, over a mobile data connection.
