I’m having the same issues, here in France (Oct 2022) unable to dial out & text out.. can receive incoming calls & text, on contract monthly. Only able to call out via Wifi & data calls (what’s app) etc !!! Never experienced this issue before as been coming here for years.. Done all the phone resets you can think of, everything. Unable to contact EE cus services as only text or phone numbers, 😖 for a phone that don’t connect ain’t much cop. Only email address I’ve found is now sitting in my outbox…. Was only out here in August n worked fine then. Frustrated isn’t the word !!!

Is call abroad activated in My EE? Go to Menu > Settings > Roaming to check.

Hi Christian

Tried everything I could think of and told to do by EE engineers and none of it worked,

all this **bleep**, really took over and spoilt a lot of the time I spent in Fance, days of telling mystery I'll just try this or that only to end even more frustrated. So my advice would be forget IT. Take the time to enjoy where you are and the people you went there to see.

In the end I took my sim out and the day I was going home the f-----g thing started working!😭 all that time wasted!

Hi, I’ve changed/altered every setting & nothing… but my dad is on my joint contract with EE, tried is old IPhone 6 & worked fine !! I’ve iPhone SE 2022, only 6 mths old & I think it’s more the phone than a EE issue now, although I was here in France for 2wks in August & worked fine..😖
