The status checker posted above is the ideal way to check for local coverage outages, which are sometimes unavoidable with any mobile network. Another good test of network issues is whether other EE users locally are having similar problems.

WiFi-calling is a free service, which enables you to continue using your phone anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason.

Hi @Futurevodafone

There is no account access on these forums so nobody knows what you were told.

Have you checked EE network status checker?

https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

What device do you have?

Did EE provide your device?

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?

Can you access EE WiFi calling service?

Does this network issue happen in one location (at home) or everywhere?

Thanks
