Hi, I am currently sat at the airport waiting for a delayed flight and thought I better add on my roaming, however the app is down and 150 is closed, anyone know if there is another way to get the roaming added on

Try texting ROAMING to 150

What are you trying add for roaming?

The ability to use your phone abroad? To do that, text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.
The wherewithal to pay roaming charges whilst in EU, USA, Canada, Mexico, NZ & Oz? To do that, text ROAMING PASS to 150 & then you may use your usual UK allowances in there with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more.

The above only applies to contracts. PAYG is auto enabled for roaming as long as you've used the SIM in the UK previously.

Hi @Leemitofreason

The EE app is working fine for me.

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Click on the person icon in the corner - Settings and Permissions - activate roaming abroad
