Does your phone show signal indicators?

If yes - what happens when you try making a call?

I presume your phone is showing signal indicators. Do you see VoLTE/4G-calling?

Is this on all numbers, or just specific ones?

Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?

Can you send text messages and use mobile data OK?

Between my old phone and this new
