&lt;P&gt;If you're not able to activate roaming in your My EE Account online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.&lt;/P&gt;

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
