Have you received your new phone, and put your existing SIM into it?

Does that phone show signal indicators? Can you make calls?

What happens when someone calls you?

The more info you can give, the better help can be offered.

Hi, this is a new phone with my existing SIM, everything seems to have transferred ok, all symbols are showing ok and I have been able to make outgoing calls, but incoming calls from my partner it says the number is not recognised yet she can ring same message me through WhatsApp. Since receipt of my new phone I've actually not received any incoming calls. Checking settings there doesn't appear to be anything barred???

WhatsApp "calls" aren't handled as calls just data usage, so that's not proving anything.

Does your old phone still behave as you'd expect, and allow incoming calls - if you put your SIM back into it.
