Forward call on WiFi call

Hi. I have oppo find X5 pro.

I have two Sims cars inserted from ee.

Forward calls only working when WiFi calls it's switched off. I need one SIM card to get WiFi call but still able forward calls working. My SIM card nr 2 its bussines one but in my home it's always problems with ee signal.

How I can make best for my coverage? I losing xostemers becouse of that I'm not happy with ee signal

What is the estimated coverage like for your area? How long have you had this problem for?

Full coverage 4g and 5g in and out. Always o had this even o place loads of complaints about this coverage. Wasnt a problem becouse i use WiFi call but now I have two SIM cards and them not working on WiFi calls for divert.

If you have a divert set, that will function regardless of whether your phone is using WiFi-calling or the mobile network.

If incoming calls are diverted but your phone is using WiFi-calling, those incoming calls will still be diverted.

You'll need to cancel the divert to receive calls- regardless of coverage.

If I have WiFi call on on SIM card and while I'm talk with someone and customer try reach me on second s.csrd then it send him straight to voice mail there is no forward only when two SIM card has switched off WiFi call

I don't think this has anything to do with WiFi-calling, and is more how your phone is handling simultaneous calls/call-waiting across the 2 SIMs.

Are you able to get call waiting when both the active call and new call are on the same SIM?

Yes. Without WiFi call working fine but once it's WiFi call switched on and connected to WiFi then second SIM always reach to voice mail
