Not getting texts and app not working

for some reason my Pixel 4 XL doesn't receive any text messages whatsoever, even for two factor authentication, and the app keeps saying it's under maintenance, any idea what's going on?

I've already reset it back to factory settings, restarting the phone, clearing the cache on my messages app, nothing has changed on my end that should've made this happen, I last received a text on the 3rd of this month, but beyond then, nothing.

If you text NUMBER to 150, do you receive a reply?
