Solution: changed sim to EE, lost visual voicemail iphone

Lost visual voicemail recordings from my iPhone 12 when swooped SIM card to EE. They were sentimental messages, so critical to retrieve them. The EE tech or customer service didn’t seem to know this. Simply, text ‘iPHONE VISUAL’ to 150. Got all my voicemails back that had been on my phone for 5 years (even when I’d upgraded phone). Hope this helps folks…
