Can you try logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and Make calls abroad from the UK > Do they both show as ticked?

I am also abroad in india

i am unable to increase spending cap or add data add on

unable to log into app or EE online

both say come here to the community

many help appreciated

Hi @Ianordish

Please see my reply above. Changing your spend cap takes effect from the next bill cycle. Pausing it should change almost straight away.

However, I would highly recommend keeping a close eye on your charges through your My EE account to avoid a large bill if you go for the 'pause' option.

Hi I’m in Vietnam and have my roaming off. On airplane mode and only using WhatsApp when on Wifi , I need to increase my spend cap to call family member on their mobile

If you log into your My EE app and select Settings > Spend Cap, you can change the spend cap.

With our Spend Caps, the highest amount you can set is a £50 limit; the next step up would be unlimited.
