My texts are being returned saying “delivery failure “ even to people ( my wife) that I have text for years?

Does this happen with all texts?

Can you text NUMBER to 150 and let us know if this goes through?

Are you able to make calls?

No not all but to some people that I have known for years and have not changed their numbers.

Are the messages being delivered when this error happens? And are you replying to a pre-existing message thread, or starting a new one?
