Could you try restarting your phone please? If it still isn't working, it may be worth checking the status of the network in your area.

Are you reporting problems with messages that you have sent, arriving on the recipient's phone? If so, can you call them OK?

I'm trying to establish if the recipient's phone is switched on and in coverage to receive your message.

Are these recipients on a particular network?

Is this late delivery affecting all messages, or just particular ones?
