IPhone XS Max IOS 16.0.2 : Cannot send text message

When I registered the Sim Card with My EE, I received the confirmation code by text.

since I’ve updated to iOS 16.0.2 and I don’t know if this why it’s not working.

I’ve tried texting and it’s not working (not distributed).

I’ve resetted Network settings, hard reset many times, still not working… Any clue?

I can call and I can text to 150.

but I tried to subscribe to CALMAC notifications for services status https://www.calmac.co.uk/service-status-text

so to number 60030 and text messages are not distributed.

You can text the following codes to 150 for free while in the UK or EU:

BALANCE for more info on your remaining credit, allowances, packs, add-ons or free boosts,

BOOST to check the status of your FREE BOOST,
ALL PACKS for a list of packs available,
ADDONS for a list of data, text or minutes add-ons available,
NOW if you have bought another pack and want to start it early,

ROLLOVER to check what data you've rolled over from your previous pack,

HELP PAYG for a link to online help,

You are on PAYG. Your pack allowance does not include shortcodes such as 60030. There is a charge for these but your credit is zero. So this text cannot & will not be sent.
