Hi I am abroad and forgot to switch off voicemail . How can I do this now

Did you set up a pin for voicemail previously? Unfortunately, without a pin, there is no way of turning it off, until you are back in the UK. You may want to take a read here:

Hi @Wendygb123

If you type ##002# into your phone as if you were dialling a phone number and then call it, it'll send the command to the network to cancel all diverts (so basically the ones to voicemail).

You may also be able to text VM OFF to 150 to get the same result.

When back in the UK, text VM ON to 150 for the diverts to be switched back on.
