Answer phone message problem

I don't know what to do. I have a voice mail on my answer phone. But answer phone is not part of my package. I've set up this website but it's not obvious to me how to access this voice message.

My phone calls keep beeping to let me know it's there but I can't access it.

Even if it was important it's been so long now that it most likely won't be anymore.

An audible beep on calls would usually mean a new message arrived or call waiting.

To access your voicemail, just dial 222 or speed-dial 1 from your phone.

Is your answer phone on a landline handset?
