EE does not work on international travel have been charged a fortune by EE with their customer service BRUNEI can’t receive any messages whilst connected to WiFi. TURKEY doesn’t work and yes I gave roaming active bought add ons etc was sold everything but still doesn’t work

Hi.
No I leave UK next couple of days this situ has been happening since 2021, phone worked fine until then now I can’t receive any iMessages.
But as soon as I leave Brunei the phone starts working DST phone company advise EE need to give me a code to allow to use their 3G ! EE have no clue what I’m asking.
But my daughters phone didn’t work in turkey either, I’ve spent a fortune buying all the add ons they tell ne still doesn’t work

Have our Mobile Care team confirmed that roaming is fully set up from our side? I've never heard of this code either.

Where are you heading to for this trip?

On my app roaming is not highlighted, error code always appears when I try to activate
EE confirms roaming on but it’s been the same problem for 18 months
