VERY Disappointed with EE

I am very disappointed with EE. I want a number barred so i cant call it, and they cant call me. Now i know i can block this on my phone, but i can then go and unblock it myself. Unfortunately i know the number in my head. But i really don't want to be able to call it. I am thinking of moving away from EE as i believe as my service provider you should be able to do this for me. Even if you charge me £10 id pay it. I will be calling other phone company's today and one of the conditions of getting my business that they bar that number there end so i cant go into my settings and unblock it. Really disappointed with EE as i have been with them for years and had 3 phone lines running at the same time and they cant do one simple thing for me after all the money i have spent with them.

@Edward10121 EE or any other network can not stop you calling a number or any one calling you.

If its barred by EE then they cant call me and i cant call them. Its a simple task that EE can do for me.

The other person could just use another number, SIM, same as you.

It's not that simple I'm afraid.

This isn't something that we can do from our side. We can change your number for you so they can't contact you. But there isn't a way for us to stop you from calling that number.

You will struggle to find a UK mobile network operator who offers this function.
