Hi,

I am currently in South Korea and trying to use EE SIM card because I urgently need to receive a message of verifying my uk phone number and need to get a code from it. But it seems like my EE SIM card does not working properly as I cannot get a data signal at all. As I remember, it was possible previously to receive a message when you are outside the uk when you put EE SIM card. I wonder how to deal with this issue. I need my SIM card to be worked successfully so that I can verify the one I mentioned.

Best regards,

Sofia

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
